If your parcel is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in reviewing its shipment status.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return an item if I change my mind after delivery?

Yes, if you wish to return an item because you no longer wish to keep it, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
In such cases, return shipping costs and any related customs, duties, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.

When is a return considered the responsibility of the store?

A return is treated as the responsibility of the store if the delivered item is incorrect, the colour sent is wrong, the delivered size does not match the size confirmed in the order, or the actual garment measurements materially differ from the stated measurements beyond the acceptable handmade tolerance.

What is the acceptable measurement tolerance for handmade garments?

Because each Rondooz piece is handmade, a variation of up to 3 cm is considered acceptable and natural.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected by the store.
Once the returned product arrives and its condition has been confirmed, the refundable amount will be transferred within 5 to 7 business days.

What conditions must be met for a full refund?

A full refund is issued only if the item is returned in healthy and original condition, shows no signs of use, has not been damaged, and still has its original product tag attached.

Who pays for return shipping?
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.
  • If the return is due to a store error, all return costs are covered by the store.

Size & Fit
How do I choose the right size for a Rondooz piece?

Use the body measurement guidance provided in the Size Guide link on the product page to determine your own exact body measurements.
Then compare them with the detailed garment measurements listed for that specific product in the same Size Guide section.
After that, select your most suitable size from the size dropdown menu on the product page.

What is the difference between garment measurements and body measurements?

Garment measurements refer to the dimensions of the actual finished piece, not the body size of the wearer.
They are intended to help you understand how the item is cut and how it may fit compared to your own proportions.

If the size I selected does not suit me, is it considered a store error?

No. Size selection is the responsibility of the customer.
If the size delivered matches the size selected in your order, but the fit is not suitable, the return is treated as a change-of-mind return. If the delivered size does not match the size you ordered, the responsibility is with the store.

Why can there be slight differences in measurements?

Because Rondooz garments are handmade, slight variations are natural.
A difference of up to 3 cm is considered acceptable due to the artisanal nature of the work.

Do some Rondooz pieces have a flexible or free-size fit?

Yes. Some pieces are designed with relaxed, fluid, or adaptable silhouettes and may fit a range of body shapes and sizes depending on the intended look.

What should I do if I am between sizes?

If you are between sizes, we recommend focusing on the most relevant garment measurements for that specific piece and considering how you prefer the garment to fit. When in doubt, you may contact us before ordering for additional guidance.

Products & Craftsmanship
What is the difference between One of One and Limited Edition?

One of One pieces are created only once and will never be reproduced. These garments may include revived antique Gobelin or reclaimed heritage textile elements, making them singular works with no possibility of exact repetition. Limited Edition pieces, by contrast, may be produced again in a very small and controlled quantity, but only within a strictly limited edition framework.

Are all Rondooz garments handmade?

Yes. Rondooz pieces are created through a deeply handcrafted process that may include hand-painting, hand-applied stone embellishment, construction by hand, and detailed artistic finishing.

Are the garments hand-painted?

Many Rondooz pieces feature hand-painted artwork created as part of the garment’s visual composition.
This is a defining part of the brand’s artistic identity.

What makes a One of One piece unique?

A One of One piece is not simply limited in quantity; it exists only once.
In many cases, revived antique Gobelin or heritage textile elements are incorporated into the garment, making each work singular and impossible to reproduce in the same form.

What does “individually numbered” mean for Limited Edition pieces?

Limited Edition pieces are produced in a strictly controlled series and may be individually numbered in order to preserve rarity and distinguish the edition.

Do Rondooz pieces include a certificate of authenticity?

Yes. All Rondooz pieces are delivered with a certificate of authenticity, together with the artist’s handwritten signature and their own individual numbering.
This helps protect the work against fake copies and allows the authenticity of each piece to be traceable within the Rondooz database.

Can two pieces ever look slightly different from each other?

Yes. Because Rondooz garments are created through handmade artistic processes, slight variations in painted detail, embellishment placement, or artisanal finishing may occur. These nuances are part of the character of the work.

Care & Product Use
How should I care for a hand-painted and embellished Rondooz garment?

Rondooz garments should be handled with care and treated as delicate wearable art.
We recommend careful storage, gentle handling, and avoiding unnecessary friction or pressure on painted and embellished areas.

Can I machine wash my Rondooz garment?

For garments with hand-painting, stone embellishment, or antique textile elements, machine washing is not recommended unless specific care instructions for that product state otherwise.

How should I store my garment when not in use?

Store your piece in a clean, dry place away from excessive humidity, direct sunlight, and sharp contact.
Proper storage helps preserve the visual and structural integrity of hand-finished details.

Do embellished areas require special care?

Yes. Stone embellishments and hand-finished elements should be protected from rubbing, pulling, and rough handling.
Delicate treatment helps maintain the longevity of the garment’s artistic details.

Are Rondooz garments intended as technical or protective apparel?

No. Rondooz garments are created as artistic luxury apparel for personal style, occasion dressing, and everyday elegance. They are not designed for technical, protective, or performance use.
