Shipping & Delivery

We prepare each order with care and dispatch it as soon as possible once it has been confirmed.

Please note that any delivery timeframe shared by Rondooz is indicative only. Estimated dispatch or delivery times are based either on information provided by the postal or courier service, or on previous shipping experience, and should not be understood as a guaranteed commitment by Rondooz.

All timeframes mentioned are calculated in business days, not calendar days. Orders placed close to weekends, public holidays, or multi-day holiday periods may therefore require additional processing or transit time.

Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination, the distance involved, courier operations, customs procedures, and local delivery conditions. While an approximate delivery estimate may be provided, actual arrival may differ by several days from the original estimate.

If customization or personalization has been accepted for your order, the preparation time before dispatch will naturally be longer. Depending on the extent of the requested customization, shipment may be delayed by several days or, in some cases, several weeks.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, where available, so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

Any additional charges applied at checkout or arising in connection with delivery, including taxes, customs duties, import tariffs, clearance fees, or similar charges, are the responsibility of the customer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Please ensure that your shipping address, email address, and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. Rondooz cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incomplete or incorrect information provided by the customer.

If your parcel is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, you are welcome to contact us and we will do our best to assist.
